Rental Rates	Features & Services
Monday - Thursday Daytime* - $1500.00 Evening - $2500.00 Friday and Sunday Daytime* - $2500.00 Evening - $3500.00 Saturday Daytime* - $3500.00 Evening - $4500.00	Seating Capacity: 250 Maximum 6 hour event time. (Additional function hours are billed at $125.00 per hour.) 3 hour setup time 2 hour breakdown time 60” round tables and folding chairs supplied House Staff - Supervisor and one other staff member provided (Additional staff will be billed at $15 per person per hour.)
Event Reservations: Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. A 50% deposit is required with reservations and balance to be paid in full 20 days prior to your function. Some discounts may apply. Call for availability.	Food and Beverage Service Catering services are billed separately. Sample menus with pricing are available.
